Rainbow Cake for A Karate Kid

I was a bit unsure of how to decorate the cake for a karate kid. His mom wanted a simple decoration but the cake must be tough looking or sturdy. Therefore, I came out with this idea.

Rainbow Cake

Cream Cheese Topping

Size : 8 inch

Decoration : Fondant alphabet and black and white buttercream dot
The black and white buttercream dot represented the karate kid with black belt.

Finally, the side of the cake (element of surprise) - The Kit Kat Bars

Chocolate Marble Cheese Cake with Cream Cheese Topping

It has been quite some time I baked Chocolate Marble Cheese Cake. I loved the cheesy taste inside the chocolate cake. It was simply yummy. You can eat the cake, just like that - without any topping. But if you wanted it with topping, you can choose either with buttercream, steam buttercream, cream cheese or chocolate ganache. The taste of the cake will be heaven.

Somewhere in June, one of my regular customers ordered the Chocolate Marble Cheese Cake with cream cheese topping. She ordered 2 cakes - one for the family and one for the playschool. I made a simple design for both cakes.

For the playschool celebration

A combination of Superheroes and mini M&M's on the birthday cake, as requested by my return customer, Ery for her son's 4th birthday. I loved arranging the mini M&M's on the cake. The chocolate ganache has to be a thick one so that the mini M&M's could stick nicely to the cake.
