Cupcakes for a Captain

Order received from Tina, Gemas.  She wanted to give it as a present for her friend as he was promoted to be a Captain.  The theme, therefore, something to do with military and green in color.  I'm not good at 3D figurine yet.  Have yet to learn about it.  Anyway, I tried my best to decorate it with few figurines.  Let us see the result of the cupcakes, :-)

Elmo Cake and Sweet Corn Cupcakes

Wani from Kuarters KLIA ordered American Chocolate Cake and requested Elmo design for celebrating her son 1st birthday. I'm so EXCITED. This is the 1st time I'm doing Elmo design on the cake. One thing I'm afraid was, I could not get the real red color for the butter cream. With the help from my teacher Ellie from Bake-n-Deco, I managed to get the red color as wanted.  So enjoy the pictures!!!

American Chocolate Cake

Topping : Chocolate Ganache and Buttercream

Wani also ordered fruit tartlets and Sweet Corn Cupcakes. I've forgotten to snap photo of the fruit tartlets.  As mentioned in my earlier post, Sweet Corn Cupcakes is one of the premium cupcakes range introduced this year.
