Chocolate Butter Cake with Buttercream Topping

Received this order from Puan Rohana, a return customer of mine.  Having a birthday celebration at her office.  No special theme, but she requested me to decorate it nicely.  Hmmm...... it was quite challenging since no theme was given.  At last, I thought of the flowery design.  And the results are as below

I know.... my writing was not that good.  Still need to be improved.  My hands were always shaking when I wrote on the cake.  I just don't know why.

Chocolate Moist Cake Again!!

Received this order from "mummy" (old friend of mine) for her daughters birthday. Both cakes were the all time favorite cake i.e. Chocolate Moist Cake.  Thanks "mummy" for your order.  "Mummy" told me that she hadn't got the chance to taste the cake.  It was finished before the party ended.  Hmmm.... want to bake a small one for "mummy" next time, especially for her.

Ben 10, Princess and Upin Ipin Edible Image

Ben 10, Princess and Upin Ipin are among the most favorite edible image chosen by parents to be put on top of the birthday cake.  I usually bought the edible image from Lea Oven.  The taste is just perfect, not to sweet and nice.  Furthermore, the colors of the image are bright.  Let's have a look at the picture below.


Thanks to all the parents for trusting me in baking the cakes for their children birthday.  


I know I still need to improve on my writing skill.  Can hardly pipe beautifully with nozzle. I really needs a lot of practice.  

Chocolate chips Muffin

Baked these chocolate chips muffin for my husband's office mates as they have special gathering during tea time. I simply loved to baked this muffin as it is simple and easy to bake.
