As usual, chocolate moist cake (our all time favorite cake) being ordered by Mr. Rodzen for his daughter, Sofia. Slightly different from the usual chocolate moist cake deco.
This time, he requested the cake with white color topping. Therefore, I made it double topping - outside was fresh cream while inside covered with chocolate ganache.

Got to practise more.
