Eggless Chocolate Cake

I baked this cake by mistake. Actually, I wanted to bake my usual chocolate moist cupcake. But with lots of things to be handle at one time, I forgotten to put in the egg. I only realized it after a few minutes putting in the cupcakes inside the oven. OH NO!!!!

I went checking some eggless chocolate cake recipes at the internet. PHEWWW!!! Am I glad. Almost the same. I waited anxiously for the outcome. Let it cool down first..... then...I tried one bite. Hmmmm....! Yummy, yummy.

For those who would like to try the eggless chocolate cake (Ritzari's version), here is the recipe. I would like to share it with my readers. :-)

Eggless Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup coco powder
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup corn oil
1 1/2 tsp vanila
1 cup of boil water

Method
Mix everything into a bowl and beat until all mix. Then you can either bake it in a paper cup or 8" tin cake.

As easy as A, B, C. :-)

As for my cupcakes, I added chocolate ganache for the topping.

If you don’t have quite enough crust to top all your pies, there’s nothing to worry about. Make a design or roll out the crust as far as it goes. It will still look wonderful and taste delicious.
