Why did I call it Snow White Cake? My customer requested for all white topping. This cake was for her parent's wedding anniversary. It's their 43 years of marriage. Wow!!!
It was a 3-tier cakes. Top tier was Oreo Butter Cheese Cake, middle tier was Vanilla Butter Cake and the bottom tier was Chocolate Moist Cake (our all-time favorite cake).
