There are times... and 3 little boys cuppies

There are times that I feel so "lazy" to update my blog.  Well, "lazy" is not the correct word.  The more accurate word is "not in the mood".  Do you felt that way before?  I'm sure you do. :)

Anyway, enjoy looking at my 3 little boys cuppies.  I did this deco during my early days in baking cupcakes.  I wanted to try decorating the cupcakes with happy faces.  Well, since that time I was still new in handling piping bag and my hand started shaking while doing the decoration, therefore the outcome was ......hmmm.... you can judge it for yourself.

I don't know whether it was a naughty smiling face or evil looking face?
The eyes, nose and mouth were chocolate.
:) .... Put a little bit of chocolate rice to became their hair.
Much more handsome, i guess??
So stay tuned, till next post............!!!!

P/s :- To my readers, don't forget to update yourself with my other site about gift ideas.  Lots of updates on gift ideas for this holiday!

Silver n Blue Wedding Cake and Cupcakes

More about wedding cake and cupcakes.

And this time, Hani from Sepang ordered the wedding cake together with cupcakes for her cake cutting ceremony on her wedding day.  Her theme color was silver and blue.  I've tried to come up with a silvery heart color but as before (refer to my Gift Cake Box posting), the color turned out to be more grey instead of silver.

All the wording was also fondant using alphabet cutter

Go Green Wedding Cupcakes

I received this order from Norsila, Seremban. She wanted to give this as a present for her brother's wedding. Since the wedding theme color was all green, therefore, I named this set of cupcakes 'Go Green Cupcakes'.

The final outcome - I tied up with green ribbon and even the cake board, I wrapped it up with soft green color paper.

Many thanks to Ila for ordering this wedding cupcakes. :)

Wanted to order this design for your engagement cupcakes or as hantaran?  You can have you own theme color.  Drop me an email at rose@ritzarikitchen.com or ritzaribakery@gmail.com.

Pink n Blue Engagement Fondant Cupcakes

I should have upload this long, long time ago.  I received this order from a friend of mine in Seremban.  It was for an engagement.  She provided me with the cupcake picture taken from a magazine.  There were three designs in this set of cupcakes.  When it comes to fondant, I really enjoy every moment decorating it. :)  Just like playing with play-doh.

By the way, as usual inside is Chocolate Moist Cake.  Following the theme color of the engagement, therefore this set of cupcake were Pink and Blue Fondant Cupcakes.
So, enjoy the pictures.

This was my sketch on how to arrange the cupcakes since it had three designs.
