Thomas Train Cake

This was my very 1st novelty cake.  I did it last year and honored to receive this order from my old school mate, Tini.  When she informed me that she wanted a Thomas Train themed, I did some researched and googled around the web to look for tutorial on Thomas Train Cake.  Thanks to Tini for trusting me baking this cake for his son's 5th birthday. Now let's enjoy the picture. :)

Superheros with Mini M&M's

A combination of Superheroes and mini M&M's on the birthday cake, as requested by my return customer, Ery for her son's 4th birthday.  I loved arranging the mini M&M's on the cake.  The chocolate ganache has to be a thick one so that the mini M&M's could stick nicely to the cake.

When I received call from Faeez requesting for London themed cupcake, I was stunt at the moment.  My head started visualizing what should I put on the cupcakes.  And Faeez told me, he just wanted there colors i.e. red, blue and white.  I googled around for a similar theme and below is the result of my cupcakes.

I should say that I have been neglecting my blog for sometimes.  Being busy should not be an excused for me not updating my blog.  Sometimes the "mood" was just wasn't there.
